Well, this place exists in Aix en Provence, is called English Bubble, and is run by two English mums, who are masters in organising just what will please children (and parents). We recommend taking advatage of one of the many courses taught in English, whether it be music, danse, theatre, yoga, or one of the many other classes offered.
